Trailer light wiring harness issues

I have a 2016 Ford explorer that I just installed a Curt trailer hitch on. I bought the corresponding wiring harness, but my explorer won't receive a T style harness. We only have one female plug receiver available at the rear passenger side of the vehicle. Anybody else have this problem. I attached a photo of the plug I have . Thanks for any information

Thanks Peter unfortunately the harness they use in this video is the same one I purchased and will not work for my explorer

I don't know why yours would be different. Both are 2016 Explorers. Do you have the 2 plugs as shown in the video? I don't know what you are planning to tow but FYI you're limited to 2000 lb.
