Tranny is out, what can go in.....

My Ex just went into the tranny shop yesterday to see about it shifting really high in the RPMs, about 4000 RPMS high. Anyways, they took my trans down today to see if they need to rebuild or replace it, I figured that I could take advantage of it being down. So, my question is this: what all could I have put in it while it is down right now? Its an automatic, and a daily driver and I want to see what could be done.

A new rear main seal definitely.

Was thinking along the line of a good torque converter, but do not know the pros/ cons of putting one in. What are the possibilities?
