tranny problem??

ok, under normal driving my transmission acts fine (2004 XLT V6) it does have a slight harsh engagement on the 2-3 shift *shift shock*

when im cruising, and i smash the gas 50-100% throttle, the engine just revs up, then after a few seconds bangs into gear. i never noticed this before, but i may have bought it like this. ive only had it for like 3 months.

it doesnt do it though if im at a stand still and floor it though.

any ideas??

oh yea, it has 97k on the clock.

that's odd. My trans responds BETTER when i'm cruising and then floor it; seems to shift A LOT smoother (sometimes I can't even tell when it shifts sometimes unless I look at the tach (Yes, i listen to my music loud ).
