Any one know if a stock 92 explorer transmission will fit right in a stock 93 explorer?

Assuming you mean automatic transmissions. Yes, provided they are both the same drive type (2wd or 4wd). 92 would be a small step back as far as internal upgrades so keep that in mind. Installing a shift correction kit would be a good idea. Also keep in mind on a 92 transmission some had differences in single versus double wrap bands, so if you are doing a band adjustment check that first.

When I bought my 4dr 94 Explorer, it had a 1992 transmission installed. I ended up installing a 94 valve body with shift correction kit and it worked well.
