Does anyone know if the trans from a 3.0 L ranger fit a 2.3L ranger? Thanks

Manual - no, because the case/bell housing is one piece with a different bolt pattern at the engine. Internal transmission parts are the same though.

If it's an auto from the same or a similar year, you might be able to do it with a bellhousing and torque converter change.
