Transfer case output flange has groove

I replaced seal but noticed the rear flat circular flange on the transfer case has a groove that I can fell which is causing it to leak. Anyone know where to get one or how to fix the groove? I don't have a local junkyard and no one has it. Its off of a borg and warner 4404.

go to the parts house and get a speedi sleeve that will drive in the worn area.

ps speedi sleeve is a cr seal part but others make the same thing

Does your transfer case have a wire harness connected to it ?
