Hello everyone....first post. I have a 2002 4wd Explorer with a v6 engine. It has about 48000 miles. Other than the shift lever falling off in my hands I have had no problems. Till now. My wife was driving the other day and when she put it in reverse to back out of the driveway, she hear a clunk and looked down to see the 4wd high light on. This happened twice. She would push the 2wd button and it would shift back. Any ideas how this would happen? Thanks
