I got the new radiator in and all I need to do is put the transmission cooler lines back in. However, they won't go in. Maybe because I don't know how?

I just assumed you would push them in and they would click into place. However, they won't go in? Am I not pushing hard enough? Do I need to use the same tool I used to get them off?

So close, yet seem so far away. Man I hope this fixes my ride! TIA! :salute:

Pushed harder, they went in!

Cool you got them on, did you put some of that white plumbers tape on the lines? I heard somewhere that it helps get a snug fit. I was going to do it on mine but I forgot and got to lazy to take them off again

Ohhh, no I did not. I assume you haven't had any issue. Man it's so great to have my explorer back up and running not to mention I saved about $1,000!!

I haven't had any issues at all either luckily, but I think the tape is just as an extra precaution. It's been a month since I changed mine out and I just took a 600 mile trip this weekend and it's running good.
