transmission cooler lines

i got a little problem i need to change my radiator. i had a leak from my water pump changed that and all lines and now my radiator is shot. i got the top cooler line off but having problems with the bottom one. any suggestions?? its a 98 ford explorer xlt 4.0 sohc vin x automatic transmission.

Welcome to this forum! Use a flare wrench to grab the fitting.

^^ also spray it with PB Blaster or similar penetrating oil and let it sit for a little bit soaking.

Make sure you use two wrenches on those fittings. I find it best to have the wrenches close together so you can squeeze them together with both hands to loosen the fitting, especially in that tight spot.
