I just noticed a transmission leak on my Explorer (1994 A4LD). I looked to see where it was comming from, at first it looked like the gasket. After wiping the pan off, I could see it was comming from the passenger's side. There is a round part just above the pan, and the leak is comming from there. Is there a seal in there? And if there is, how do I change it? Also what is this for? I'm not up to date on Ford transmissions.
