I was wondering how many miles you were able to log on your last set of tires. What make/model were they?

My last set of tires were TSL SX's - 32". They lasted me a whopping 24,000 miles before they reached the wear indicators.

My last set were 33" BFG Mud Terrains. I had 45,000 of even wear on them when someone who didn't like me slashed all four in my driveway! :( There was decent tread left, 5,000 or more, and this was on a 7" rim.

I have got 32X 11.50 BFG AT's and am on the 4th set. Each set has run 50k. and has dry rotted before I reach the wear bars. Great tire.

I've got 33x14x 15 TSL Boggers. Had em on the street for about 15k miles. There's about 50% to a bit under under life left. Finally I got some mudders for the street.

currently i have stock size coopers on my explorer. i've had them since last Nov. and put about 22,000 miles so far. they still look great with lots of tread. i was amazed (especially since i used to make the tires smoke a lot doing burnouts, but not anymore)

I have stock BFGs on mine and at 51k, they look darn near new. I rotate every 10k and run 40psig in them.

I am very pleased.

I had BFG A/T's 31x10.5 for 66K before I went to the 33's.

OEM Firestone Wilderness AT 265-75-15, 50K mi and as soon as they recalled this size i switched to 31" BFG ATs

Hey RangerX did you catch this person that cut you tires.
Do you even have any Idea who did it.

That really sux man.

When my parents owned my X (before I rescued it from its mundane commuter life) they ran 235 x75R 15 Michelin LTX A/S's and adveraged 60K out of each set (it was on the third set when I got it).

That did suck, and no, I never caught them. The day before, I called animal control about some neighbors' pit bulls that were attacking a couple people in the steet in front of my house. I figure they had some friends take care of me. It was definitely a 'message'. They also used the same sharp object to take out one window, and I still have little stab marks on the other windows!

I have close to 40k on my 32x11.5 BFG KO's, they have wear on them, but the tread is still at about 60-65% of new, I think they will dry rot before I wear them down.

I've got between 20-25k on my Dunlop's and still have real good tread (50%?) left. However, they look retarded on Tramp with 8.5" of lift, so the new ones are on the way and dbarale can do a follow-up on the Dunlop's later! ;)

Yokohama Geolander MT tires (30x9.50) on 8" rim lasted 25k
Yokohama Geolander MT tires (31x10.50) on 8" rim with a detroit locker in the rear.. lasted <30k

BFG At KO 32x11.50 on 8" rims with detroit locked rear are now at 56k miles.. and have another 5k or so left..

Since installing the locker, the rear tires wear faster than the front.. Also, most of our driving is freeway.. 50 miles per day.. last 50k miles was in 11 months to give a better idea.. (driving to work plus a few road trips of 2k or so)

Had a set of Bridgestone Dueller AT (31") and they lasted about 40K miles but the last 10K were really scarry, especially in the rain.

On my current set of 32" BFG AT KO and they have about 15K miles on them with plenty of threads left, probably more than 60%. I rotate them pretty regularly, about every 7K miles, because I have a rear locker.

Had Firestones first...they got recalled....then i got Bridgestone Dueler H/T 265/75/15 got 12k out of those... Went to sears saw these VIPER Radial GT's. $66/tire 255/70/15 These are the best tires i have ever owned... 45k and have about half of the tread left.

33/12.5R15 Swamper Radial TSL

15k and bout half done.
