Those sprays are very flammable! Make sure everything is completely dry before using a torch.

But then were's the fun in it?

It's not fun to burn a car up. I was once repairing something on somebody's old car that was leaking gasoline from the fill pipe. The ground was saturated, because the car was sitting there for a while. While I was doing some soldering, a spark fell onto the saturated area, and everything went up in flames in a matter of seconds. I was out a few grand. I found out later on that their car was only worth less than half of what I had originally given them. They took the money, and bought a newer car in much better condition than their junk car that I was fixing. The moral of the story is don't take chances with somebody's property if you suspect that something might not be safe. They pointed out that there was a gas leak from it. I should have said from the very beginning that I'm not responsible for any further damage to their vehicle as a result of repairs. They also told me that they were originally planning on selling it because of all the problems that they were having with it. The worst part of it was that they made double their money of what they had originally paid for it! This was 14 years ago. I'm a little older since then, and have learned a lot since that accident.

Nothing beats heating the bolt up red hot then hitting it with a blast of cold water from the hose. The rapid cooling causes the bolt to shrink just a fraction, breaking the rust/corrosion bond between the bolt and nut.
