My 2010 Explorer Limited resets the trip mileage, A and B, the avg. mileage. It does it after every restarting of the engine. I use it to record my daily trips and is causing me issues. Any info or input on this issue.

First of all, welcome to the boards, dougnixon. I recommend going to your Ford dealer and showing them what happens so they can fix it for you. I’m happy to help if you’d like to send me a PM with your VIN, contact information, approximate mileage, and dealer info. I will do what I can to lend a hand.
Since it's 2010, go to the dealer, but looks like your ignition disconnects the power going to the dashboard, so the effect is as if you were disconnecting the battery.
Or maybe your RESET button is shorting while you crank to start.
