Trouble code -442 help

I recently replaced my gas tank and did some work on the emmision control, now I am getting a 442 code.

I notice that the gas tank was under a vacuum situation where I can hear the suction of air when I removed the cap.

What could be causing this code?

any help would be appreciated.

You might check the connections on the purge soleniod-right under the battery tray. also-look the solenoid over real well,
I seem to remember one with a battery acid hole in it--

The check valve on the tank might have gotten unplugged.
