Trouble with 2013 Explorer second row seat

When the second row seat was in the folded position my son locked the hook/latch and now the seat won't secure back to the floor hook. Any suggestions how to get this fixed??

I have the same problem with my 2014 Limited. Did you get yours fixed? If so, how?

My suggestion would be take it to the dealer.

Pull the lever to unlock it, just like you would if the seat was latched to the floor. You may need to use your other hand to help open the latch.
