tune up plugs?

Doing tune up tomorrow on 04 explorer limited v8. I have not change plugs yet on this and I am wondering how hard it will be, is there aany write up on it?

Changed those on a 2001 bought used from northern state. Rusted, a few spark plugs broke in the engine, I broke a removal tool in one of them (cheap Advance one), ended up paying hundreds of $ to remove the cyl head and the remover.
If your cyl head is aluminum needs to be fitted with steel inserts.

I found out that was a broader issue, there is a special procedure to change them, blablabla...
