Totally depends on your setup, and especially your engine. You'd have to have a V8 in the 1st place and not just a 5.0, you'd have to drop like the 347 crate motor in such as Troll did, and supercharge as he did, not to mention a crapload in $$$ to get everything working correctly and all the extra things you need afterwards or to keep tunning it or modding it. He'll be in the 10's easily the next time he goes to the track, I'll be there to witness it lol as he lives about 30 minutes away lol.
Obviously, given the right circumstances and tunning capabilities and engine capabilites, a very well designed turbo will produce more power. But when you take in the fact of turbo lag ect...IMO supercharging is better overall and a lot more reliable...but to get to where Troll is be prepared to spend $$$$$$ and I don't think he'll ever let anyone dethrone him as having the fastest Explorer
