Turn signal relay

I have a 99 explorer 4.0 ohv.
Need to know where is the location of the turn signal relay.

Keep in mind that the turn signal(s) can also work erratically or stop working due to corrosion of the contacts in the multi-function (turn signal) switch. That happened to mine until I cleaned the MFS out, though IIRC it was mostly the left signal not the right.
