Hi Folks,

Seems that when I set my turn signal to a right turn a buzzing-type sound happens, and the indicator doesn't blink. However, if you hold the signal arm close to the point where it will stay in place, the signal blinks fine, and there's no buzz. The left side works as normal.

So I'm wondering if this is an issue with a contact within the signal switch arm, or maybe something as simple as replacing the turn signal flasher unit (wherever it's located..I'll check my Haynes manual). If anyone has any experience or ideas about this, I'd really appreciate the knowledge.

Thanks,
Richard

That would be your Multi-function stick.(switch arm). All you have to do is replace it with another.

I think rockauto.com has the switch for about $40. Pretty easy repair.

Much appreciation for the quick advice (and particularly the links, dogfriend). Now I'm not as worried that something more serious might have happened. Seems to be an easy enough repair, and not too costly.

Once again, thanks.

Richard
