is there any type of special black paint you can buy for your axles and tie rods?

I used Rustolium Paint from my nearby Home improvement store!

I might have gone a little overboard, tho. I used rustolium rustsealer primer first. I cleaned the axles with carb and choke cleaner (of all things) and it takes the paint off right down to bare metal! Just make sure you're in a well ventilated area! i also did the area's of my frame where it is exposed at each wHeel well. 8 Months later it still looks like i just did it.

Hope this helps!

Jim
