Hello Explorer Gurus! This may or may not come off as a very stupid question to ask, but, I'm baffled. I recently picked up a 96 Explorer Sport, and I'm totally baffled as to why the driver's side is sitting lower than the passenger side by a good three inches.
Is there an "easy" way to check/fix anything with the front torsion bar? My rear sway bar must have taken a hit by the previous owner, as it's definitely bent and sits about three inches higher with reference to the rear leaf springs on the driver's side, but, could THAT alone be causing the entire body to be off by that same three inches front AND rear?
Any help, or pointing me in the right direction would be most appreciated. Thanks!
