HI there

Currently I have a '00 Explorer Sport 4.0 SOHC with Rancho RSX shocks, K&N Airflow System with a Tornado also it is at the 106k mile mark. I have noticed a vast difference in the Explorer with those changes. Looking to do some more and shot for the 30 mark as well. Been reading Aldives posts and they have been very informative, but I have a few questions if any could help shed some light.

Looking for new spark plugs, wires and coil.

Sparks plugs I was thinking of doing Bosch platinum +4 or Bosch fusion or the motorcraft platinums with indexing.
Was thinking for a coil going with either Accel coil or Screamin Deamon.
For wire was thinking the Bosch or Accel preformanace wires.

Any recommendations or comments would be greatly appreciated.

Contrary to popular belief, you will not see any measurable performance gains by going away from factory plugs and wires. So why do that? Furthermore, I've seen several sets of factory plugs after 100K that still looked amazingly good. The gaps were getting wide, but they still were nice and clean. Amazing ignition system.

The Explorer is now pushing the 106k and it is starting to get rough with the starting, not the normal turn the key and VVRoooom, ready to go. It jumps to about 1500 rpms and then to almost a stall about 250 rpms, before it evens out at about 700rpms with that it is starting to have a rough idle when sitting in park or when stopped at a traffic light. So was thinking coil, wires, and plugs would help remedy this. So any input would be great.
