UPS dropped something off today at my house

but the problem is i have the OHV, not the SOHC.. so i don't need the other inlet on the borla muffler because i only have the one on the right with the flange on it, so i just was thinking cut the other one off and weld a piece of metal to it.. you think i can do that?

Borla did make them a few years back...ya might be able to find one for sale somewhere.

Most decent exhaust shops are pretty good about bending custom piping. I think you can bring yours in and a good shop will be able to make it work.

I would do a custom Y pipe, dont weld over one inlet chamber on the Borla, muffler was designed for dual inlets.

Borla is NICE stuff, would be a shame to weld on it.

You can do a dual exhaust setup into the muffler, just keep the 02 sensors as close as possible to the same distance away from the exhaist manifold on both sides.
You can run dual cats too. Basically you have options other than modifying the system you got.

ya true, well what i was going to do is just leave like 3-4 inches on the other inlet and weld it shut, and if that doesn't work i'll just have the Y-pipe made..

im sure it will work, it just might not sound as cool, thats all. Shoot doing the dual inlet via custom y pipe might actually deaden the sound some, who knows, its gonna be cool reguardless.

Borla is not the loudest exhaust, it sounds nice, but dont expect loud.
