I had to remove the drivers side head on the wife's '93 XLT. I forgot to label one vacuum line. It is a fatter type of vac. hose and is almost as long as my arm. It is connected to a round thing on the drivers side of the engine compartment along the side wall, just behind the wheel well and beside the brake master cylinder. This round thing has a cable coming out of it that runs to the accelerator cable bracket at the throttle body. Anyone have a clue as to where this connects to? Thanks a million!

Sounds like th speed control servo. IE cruise control.

Oh, if you have a "vacuum routing diagram" sticker under the hood it will tell you. Otherwise look for a tee to hook the vac hose up to.

The vacuum diagram sticker doesn't include this hose. And I can't find a tee anywhere.

The vacuum to my cruise control comes directly off of the vacuum tree at the rear of the intake manifold. I think it has a check valve in it.
