I have front end vibration when turning right and left (90 degree turns). While turning at a good speed i don't feel a thing, however from a dead stop and then turning i feel a vibration in the front end.
I have a 2000 explorer V8 302ci 5.0 with AWD/4WD.
The parts i have since replaced since other issues came to light:
Shocks, Upper and lower ball joints (control arms as well), CV shaft, rotor, brake pads, calipers (yes i bled the system and went ahead and did a whole system flush with fresh fluid)
both the rear drive shaft and the prop shaft (the front drive shaft that connects to the front differential to the transfer case), the tie rod ends, the sway arm assembly is 100% new and new tires all the way around. Even have flushed all the fluids from everything you can think of. Tune up, all new pulleys, rebuilt ac comp. What if anything did i miss? At this rate the whole car will be guranteed for life.
All in all the truck in pristene condition with the exception of this new vibration when turning. I am getting an alignment tommorow as well.
The truch has 150K miles and no wrecks or major issues. I do expect some issues with mileage and age respectfully.
I am just wondering if there is anything i might have missed along the way?
Had the hubs, spindles all checked they are fine (Ford Dealership). I am just getting annoyed throwing money at it and if it's not this it's that.
Spent around 4-5K in parts and things. I have enough experience/skill to do everything.
Had the spindles,
Idea's???
Thanks for your help.
