Voice dialing issue with base sync

Hoping someone else might be able to help on this one.

Updated my phone to android pie. Before this voice dialing worked.

Anytime I try now it says no contacts available, please see the users guide, etc.

My phone book/contacts are downloaded to the system. I've reset the sync module, master reset the system, deleted and redownloaded the phone book several times and paired/unpaired my phone many times to no avail.

You will need to check if the your Sync version recognised Pie. It may need an update, one that might not be currently available.
