Wal-Mart Synthetic Oil

Whats interesting about that is their standard 5w30 is from exxonmobil....will save me some money in the future

So using wal-mart brand synthetic oil is the same as using mobil-1.

Not necessarily, the synthetics come from Warren Dist. Warren doesn't list Exxon/Mobil on there web site.

I have a question about oil that has me perplexed
My dodge truck takes 6 quarts with filter, so I buy the Five quart jug of quacker state 10w40 and a quart of same thing, but when I poured it in it was visually a different color. Check this out sometime for yourself. Anyone know why the same visc. and brand would look so different?
