I have a 4405 from a 1999 Explorer I would love to get rid of. 129,000 miles shift motor was replaced in the last two years. Worked fine when pulled. Located near Indianapolis, IN

Hi, I saw your thread because I have the same problem with my 99 transfer case. I have been offered a case from a 97 model, would you happen to know if a 97 case will fit into a 99-model car? Thanks
