agreed, some things are better to have a pro do....looking at 600+ for install on coth axles, plus gears (figure 300 ish). might as well throw a locker or LS while you are in there, since i doubt you have one now (another 250-700, depending on type/brand). my gear budget is 1300, and that is low end. like i said before, if you are going to regear, go to 4.56..it will be the same cost as 4.10 but you wont regret it later. think about it this way, newer models were avail with 4.10 stock...if you are going to regear, why go with a stock size.
i had the opreitunity to get 3.73s with a ls for 50 bucks and i passed it up because i knew i would be paying a buttload to have them put in just to redo it all later, might as well do it right the first time.
