War 153 shackles seem a little wide?

Anyone else notice this when doing a install? Mine were about 1/16 to 1/8 wider than the stock shackles. Probably not a biggy but was curious.

seemed a little wide for my leaf pack as well, just make sure not to tighten them too tight as to bend in the shackle............... weakens the integrity

Theres a little extra room there when putting them on with the original worn stock bushings, but new polyurethane bushings and the sleeve that comes with them make for a nice fit with the new shackles.

Better to have them the right width for new bushings than old, trying to squeeze them around new bushings would be a pain.

I hear you there. I put 35lbs of presure on them. Sucked them in pretty well. Drives just fine!
