'92 Ranger
Just purchased a '92 Ranger with 4X4 and 4.0 liter. Truck may have sat awhile before I purchased, and previous owner said brakes were recently done up front. I notice when driving just a short distance (less than 5 miles) that the manual Warn hubs are heating up (passenger side has actually begun to melt, although for now I can still switch from free to lock). Any ideas on what might cause this?

Sounds like the brakes are stuck on. Check your front brakes on that side especially the caliper slippers and make sure that they aren't rusted/crusted up and not allowing the caliper to release the way it should.
