The water is inside the bulbs themselves? Is the glass cracked or something? I would replace them, as they will never be the same again, even if you get the water out....:(

its inside the foglamp housing, not inside the bulbs themselves

In that case, take out the bulb, take off the housing, and let it dry over a day inside, and when you put it back together, put a little sealant on the sealing surfaces.....If not, just drill holes in the housing at the bottom, people have done that with headlights....Just use a battery drill for saftey sakes....

If it's a plastic lens you'll be okay, if it's glass and yer gonna drill, get a glass drill and be super careful as obviously it's easy to break the drill and or the glass.

Then you have it made....drill a 1/8 size hole in the very bottom, and the water should drain out all the time.....

well i dont want a hole...i never get water in there, this was because i drove through 3' of h20
