Sucks that you had to get the runaround from the dealer, but good to hear that it got fixed.
You're also lucky that it was pouring externally vs internally (i.e. into the oil).

My kids appreciate this. Every time there’s snow on the ground they ask if I’ll “drive crazy”. And because I’m barely an adult, despite definitely being old enough, I usually say yes
