I purchased a full set of the splashguards, but when I went to remove the pins for the front ones the screw comes straight out. I can push in or pull out the screw with my fingers, it doesn't grab on anything. Would it be advisable to use a trim removal tool to take out the required plugs instead of doing it the way the instructions say?
