When i start my truck up in the morning it will run through the choke cycle and then once its done with the the idel will drop all the way down to 500 and the whole truck will shake and the lights will flicker but it only does this for 10 seconds and then goes away and the idel goes right back up to 900. It also does this when its warm but every time it goes away in 10 seconds. I have replaced the iac thinkin thats waht it was since that notorious for going out what else could it be?

I would look for a vac leak, possibly re-torque the intake manifold bolts. If no change, try to get some fault codes if you haven't already done so.

Sounds like your plugs might be part of the problem, and like said above check for leaks. And make sure there is no hoses that are loose or completely off that you might have missed.

i checked my hoses and they are all fine as for the plugs they were just put it but the garage put some cheap ones in so could that be the problem i was also thinkin mabye the map sensor?

I just thought of this, it might be air locked. we had a honda civic in the shop befor, and it was ideling high...low...high...low etc. we took the throttel body all off and the spark plugs out and then replaced the plugs and it ran perfect again. also it COULD be a headgasket.
