2005 Ford Sport Trac XLT
2005 2wd Sport Trac. I just finished replacing my valve cover, simmons thermostat housing, Oem thermostat, and motorcraft sparkplugs. Fired it, replaced missing coolant with my spill free funnel and checked for leaks. None
When I reversed out my driveway with the wheel turned I felt a chatter in the wheel. Thought maybe just from my gravel driveway. Decided to take it on the highway to burn some oil off exhaust manifold. Doing 60 and steering wheel started do shake violently. Like a jeep death wobble or braking with warped rotors.
Got it home and in park I can turn wheel completely left to right.. engine running.. it's normal, but in drive it chatters. Also when I pump the brakes several times and hold, petal drops real low but holds.
Ran codes. Nothing. Engine runs fine. Every thing was put back correctly.
Vacuum related? I looked and only heard the purge valve near battery humming, or could be abs module next to it. Please help. Truck ran perfectly normal before this

Well after some searching I think I have air I'm my power steering system. I did turn the wheel with engine off to look at the ball joints. Do I just clock the wheel left and right? Cap off?
