Last night I had little problem with my -96 XLT original anti-teft system. The night was very cold about -20 degrees. In the middle of the night Anti-teft system start honk about every 10 minutes and it last about few seconds at time. I disengage the system and thought that now it's OK but same honkig continue every 10 minutes. I disconnect the battery cable and slept rest of night well, but in the morning when I connect the battery cable on, the horn honks all the time and I can not disengage system off and start the motor, because the start-blocking system was on also. Have anyone had same kind of problems? Where the anti-teft module locate in the vehicle? Can I pass the system somehow?
