Just a couple small changes...

4-6" suspension lift, lockers, 33's, rock sliders, custom front bumper, custom rear bumper, winch, 4.56 gears....

How about a straight axle in front, push it ahead just a little so you don't have to do much cutting.
On the back you have lots of room to do some fender modifications in order to run bigger tires. I would really like to do a 2-door because I think you could put a lot bigger tire on without having to lift it as high as a 4-door.
