This weekend I found the carpet under the rubber mat wet. No coolant smell--it's just water. There's no rust on this from-Arizona truck and no leaks that I'm aware of. Door seals are full & soft. Where should I be looking?
It's been very rainy lately so this may have been happening a while without my knowing it.

Do you have a sunroof? If so check the drain for it. They are in the corners and the often get clogged with debris.

Does your X have its factory windshield, or has that been replaced at any time?

I once had a windshield replaced by a large auto-glass company; my windshield obviously didn't seal properly and had a pinhole leaking right down into my driver's-side A-pillar (where the SRS is located!), which then dripped onto the floor mat. I didn't notice for a few weeks because it was a dry spell here in Virginia. Once it started raining, I noticed while sitting in the car while making a phone call. Fortunately, I discovered the flaw and the company fixed their work in short order, and free of charge.

God Speed on figuring out the source. Water getting into the passenger compartment of vehicles is always a problem which needs to be addressed ASAP.

I do have a sunroof and have no idea of the history of this new-to-me-last December truck.
As soon as I got home from work it started raining...again. Today my wife drove the truck because her car is leaking oil. I hope soon to be able to check those drain holes behind the front wheel well liners. (I think that's where they are...)
