I found this dangling from below the battery after I did a radiator replacement, but I have no idea what it is?

I believe it's the ambient temperature sending unit for the overhead display counsel with the compass.

2016 Ford PIU. This connection is located bottom stereo panel, entering the front of the Havis console. 14 pin but does not look like any in the manual I have for it. My vehicle is equipped with a flasher module and I figure this is the connection for it. If so, is there a pigtail I can buy and can someone provide what each pin controls? TIA

^ What type of flasher module? I imagine it was disconnected because it's not legal for use on public roads, besides LEO/etc purposes.

Headlights , taillights, turn signals. Not at my vehicle to get the model number.

So you're stating that you bought a vehicle where the headlights, tail lights, and turn signals do not work properly for public road use? If not, seems the seller might be responsible for fixing this, or otherwise, look in my sig for the normal wiring diagrams to get it back to factory non-PIU state, which may not need that connector at all?
