What a Wonderful Site this is! Like a gem in the rough...

Hi, i am new to this Wonderful site, and, as usual, have some q's. First off I would like to note that im from WV, where the Chevy vs Ford thing is big here so i want to get the whole chevy and GM suck major ass thing out of the way, oh and btw, God Bless the Ford Motor Company . Ok, now that we have that out of the way


1) I have already registered as an elite explorer and paid the moneys but i cannot get into their area, like the chat room etc. What must i do to finalize my membership?


2) How many pictures can i upload onto my profile

3) and what is my login, or where should i go to get my login for the chat?

I'm not elite yet so I don't know the inner workings of the features but I think I read somewhere that the chat room was disabled?

wow thanks so much, this place is great, have had a good experience so far!

Now why in the hell would they disable chat>? too expensive? hmmm, guess i have to go the boards! lol, oh well i just wanted the chat to try and be lazy and avoid the delay in the responses of ppl.

...as for pics, you can have 1 profile pic and 1 avatar pic(the one everyone sees)...you can also do a virtual garage...be sure to register you and your truck in the elite registry...

Welcome to this forum! You could start by adding a picture of your truck under your screen name. What part of this forum brought you here? Did you have a certain interest on a repair or was it a random search?

it was a google search (*of course*) and i was googling around for explorer forums to get some second opinions on some upgrades i am currently doing. I am also finxing my rear interior door handles and came across this site also, and with so many hits to this site on google, i finally gave in, and now im an elite, and am loving this place. So much knowlegde base here! How long has this site been up?

I am going to work on pics tommoro, i'll get a good avitar pic/

I think it was around since 1999. It was a bulletin board before that year. This site has a couple of other sites such as WWW.Drivingmeinsane.Com, and WWW.Explorer4x4.Com.

wow it really looks like it has a quite a lively following of ppl today! It looks like it can only get bigger, i think the elite explorer program is a great idea, for $20 to support the ppl that run this site, thats not that much if you think about it
