What Controls Heated Mirrors ?

Are the heated mirrors on 2000 controlled by rear window heater switch ?

Not sure if mine has stopped working or if the ice and cold was too much for the heater element ?

Any easy test tips ?

They should get power from the defrost circuit. One of mine doesn't work any longer.

Thanks Don. I thought they might. When I lived in the UK my Vauxhall Omega and my Ford Scorpio had them and that is how they were connected.
