I had one actually do this. The tow truck driver didn't appreciate it being attached to the back of his truck at the time....... The problem was the alarm sytem wires were had fallen under the dash and shorted out against the throttle cable. The Explorer was only 3 months old. Last I heard about the vehicle was a call from the lawyers representing the alarm company
