That would explain the "pre-collision warning" alarm since it is part of the Adaptive Cruise Control as well. Did you buy it from a Ford Dealership? Did they give you any kind of warranty? I believe that should have been fixed or at least noted in the sales agreement.
Thank you so so much for the help! I’m certain that is the part, the bracket is broken. I will update everyone when I can find a replacement part and if it is just plug and play.
The CCM is very picky about correct alignment, it will need a bracket and module. The bumper cover will need to come off, align the module with a level, programed, and it will also need to be driven and have a routine done during the drive, yea I've done it a few times
