what is that creaking noise?

when applying the brakes and i am almost stopped there is a creaking . it is not the pads or the hardware but maybe a bushing or something. anyone else ever had this problem?

Check your radius arm bushings. I'll bet they're shot...

On mine the passenger side bushing has rotted and left a large washer to rub on the frame itself. It's pretty noticable if you rock the front bumper up and down. Also it has thrown off the geomentry of the suspension so it pulls to the right most of the time.

Last time I looked the radius arm bushings looked good, but that was a quick look I will check them out again. I was thinking they could be the culprit. THANKS GUYS!
