what should I sell my tires and wheels for?

I live on a very busy road and I set my truck out today with a sign on it stating that the wheel and tires on the truck were for sale for $800. I paid 1100 dollars for them new and they have less than 9,000 street miles on them. Is that reasonable? because know one bit on the tires and wheels but I had crapload of people wanting the whole truck.

Leave them there and see, but to me it seems high.These days no one will pay 800 for 1100 dollar wheels when they can get them financed at a tire place, no money down.But hey....if you are not in a hurry, leave em there.

Yeah, im definately not in a hurry to sell but I would like a new set of BFG's

Wheels depreciate a lot as soon as you mount tires on them. Everyone wants a deal on used wheels.

The sad truth is you may get half of want you want to get for your tires and rims, the resale is low even if you low miles. right now I am looking at a couple of diffrent sets of 33's with low miles that are going for around $4-450 for BFG MT and radial tsl.

I just bought a used (3K) set of wheels and tires. The guy gave $1600 and I paid him $700 for wheels and tires. Around half or a little over is all most people will pay sorry to say.
