what size tire for 22's?

lookin at gettin a 97 explorer sport, and doin some research for when i get bigger wheels for it around tax time.

truck has stock wheels/tires on it right now.

lookin at 22x9.5 wheels, wonderin what size tire i need to bring it as close to stock height as possible.

With a 22" at stock height not much probably a 265/35 will do it.

would that even clear on a 97 explorer? I have a 96 XLT and I was told 22s have alot of problems clearing
