After looking around the forum I don't find any definitive information. What is the stock thermostat temperature rating? Also is a 195 degree thermostat fine for a stock 2005 4.6 engine? I replaced my old thermostat as it was staying open with a new 195 degree thermostat but I've since learned that the computer controls the fan and therefore the thermostat temperature rating is important. Thanks
