what to do to a 1994 limited Explorer 4x4

Ok guys and grls I need a little help. Right now I have a stock explorer and I need to boost it. I am moving to Montana to go to college and i need to get some more power, and height out of my baby. I am for sure going to buy a true-rev sports induction and i want to be up on at least 33's to have some fun in the snow. Can anyone tell me how to boost power and height for under or up to $5,000. I have been saving up for the last three summers and that is what I have to work with. All input is good so please help me out as much as you can.
