What wheels fit?

I have an 03 Limited. I know it is supposed to have 114.3 wheels. But 114.3 is also 4.5". Why is everyone saying the 4.5 won't fit? Is it just enough of a difference? American Racing shows 4.5 on their site, but no one else...

Any help is appreciated.

Check the hub size and the backspacing on the wheels.. Anything more than 4" backspacing won't work.

Explorer is 5 on 4.5" so it should.
